The Arbor A-Frame snowboard is a big mountain gun for riders who want ultimate on-edge performance. Bamboo power rails deliver unmatched return and enhance its beautiful design. This directional board has a mid-stiff flex and will lock and hold a deeply carved line, provide powerful control in the steeps and deliver fabulous stability at speed. Certified by the Forest Stewardship Council for sustainable production, this is the lightest weight and most technical core from Arbor for mountain and park riding. Ultralight Paulownia wood is added to the poplar core to increase tensile strength and durability while maximizing weight reduction. Inlaid bamboo power plies act like a third layer of fiberglass to structurally enhance the board for added return and improved durability; it also creates a one-of-a-kind look. High-load glassing (triax over triax) provides the best on-edge performance for pipes, corners, steeps, carving and speed. Carbon fiber A-frames run outwards from the inserts to the edge contact points, increasing torsional flex towards the tip and tail. A-frames enhance on edge-performance without negatively affecting turn initiation. ABS/urethane blend sidewall construction provides maximum durability and excellent edge control. Board's core profile is slightly thinner and tapered in between the bindings to enhance mountain and park performance. Topsheet features a protective ultrathin finish, made from a castor-bean-based bio-plastic, that guards against damage caused by loose bindings and unforeseen impacts. Advanced sintered base provides unmatched durability, wax absorption and speed; stone-ground finish is ride ready. Steel edges are 60% recycled material and offer maximum durability and performance. Mountain Stance bolt pattern increases stance angles; you can ride a smaller board for versatile rocker performance without sacrificing setback options for powder riding.
